Job Title: Colleague Benefits Manager

Job Description:
Able to lead North America Health and Insurance with a focus on (but not limited to)
Compliance
•   Tracking compliance during this period (notices, filings, SPD)
•   Manage the supplemental disability insurance plan enrolment
•   Annual Enrollment
•   Testing
•   Communications
•   Vendor Management
•   M&A experience
•   Internal benefit engagement platform management
•   Assistance Implementing a process for executive physicals program
•   Experience with insured and self-insured plans
•   Supporting the NA benefits lead with adhoc benefits projects.
