Responsibilities :
Evaluates and develops plan of care to implement specific treatment programs for individual patients/residents based on their needs and in accordance with the principles and practices of the profession of Speech Language Pathology. Responsible for providing the appropriate level of clinical direction for therapists.
Requirements :

Required- CCC-SLP (Speech Language Pathology)
•
Required- Speech Therapy License
• Must have a minimum of one year of experience in a home health agency.
• Must have knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid guidelines.
• Must have a working knowledge of home health care and the principles and techniques of professional nursing and required documentation that pertains to it.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must have current CPR certification
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skill proficiency. Ability to use Microsoft Windows.
