Responsibilities
The Sr Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for supporting corporate recruitment needs, as well as strategic projects and initiatives. The ideal candidate for this role will be a self-starter with previous full-cycle recruitment experience in corporate recruiting. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have experience working on talent acquisition key initiatives in the areas of employment branding, recruitment marketing and candidate experience. We are looking for someone who is innovative and not afraid to “build”, has a passion for Talent Acquisition, and has a desire to expand their career in a fast-paced environment with fast-growing brand.
Essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following:
· Act as a thought partner, advisor, and consultant to Hiring Managers and business leaders on the corporate teams for all requisitions and the hiring process
· Build strong talent pipelines for requisitions by sourcing candidates outside the ATS
· Partner with the broader TA team to define and launch new recruitment strategies to support hiring initiatives, maintaining clear and defined goals and outcomes
· Partner with the broader TA team to ensure the recruitment and onboarding functions are running smoothly and efficiently across the organization
· Prioritize time effectively to balance full support of requisitions and ongoing TA projects
· Embrace technology to evaluate new resources and tools for optimization of the hiring process
· Lead by example by serving as a self-starter who takes initiative and thinks strategically beyond the task at hand
· Partner with the broader HR team to ensure the recruitment and onboarding functions are running smoothly and efficiently across the organization
· Review existing processes to identify opportunities for improvement, alignment, and implementation of new best practices
· Be data driven and use recruitment reporting and analytics to make sound business decisions
· Demonstrate strong presentations skills
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Human Resources, Sales, Healthcare or related field.
· 5+ years of experience working in Talent Acquisition recruiting for corporate roles
· Proven leadership of full life cycle recruitment functions from strategic sourcing through onboarding
· Strong business acumen to partner, consult, and build relationships with all levels within the organization
· Experience using iCims or similar Applicant Tracking System
Ability to use excel, PowerPoint and other Microsoft products
· Have experience working directly on talent acquisition projects and initiatives
