ORGANIZATIONAL SUMMARY:
The mission of the Bellini Center for Talent Development is to transform the minds and experiences of the next generation Muma College of Business students through internships and experiential learning, and other activities while improving the talent pipeline for businesses in the Tampa Bay community.  It is our mindset that the more real- world experiences a student has, the more successful they will be when they enter the workforce.
POSITION SUMMARY:
We are looking for a dynamic person to join our team to provide administrative support to the staff, manage scheduling for space reservation, and clerical support duties.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manages the reservations of meeting, seminar, and conference rooms and open offices as well as the overall event schedule.  Composes, types, and distributes meeting notes, correspondence, forms and reports of a moderate complexity. Produces documents requiring intermediate knowledge of word processing software, and basic knowledge of spreadsheet and presentation software.
• Performs specialized project support duties of a clerical or administrative nature specific to the subject matter of the department or program. These duties may include entering data and running reports on databases, organizing schedules and meetings, and maintaining forms, files and other records. Operates office equipment, including copiers, scanners and printers to meet document preparation and production requirements.
• Provides information, assistance, and services to clients contacting the office, answering inquiries independently in person, by telephone, or in electronic or paper correspondence. Responds to routine inquiries regarding policies and procedures.
• Coordinates basic office moves, sets up office equipment repairs, and arranges for general office or building repairs.  Scheduling of office equipment maintenance/repair.
• Coordinates mass mailings and assembles documents for meetings, workshops, and conferences.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
MINIMUM:
This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with two or more years of experience in an office or administrative support position. College or other relevant postsecondary coursework may substitute for the experience requirement on a year for year basis. Testing may be required to assess competency on word processing software.
SPECIAL SKILLS/TRAINING:
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Access preferred, as well as basic analytics and the ability to create a database and reports.
• Demonstrated outstanding verbal and written communication, organizational ability, strong follow-through, and initiative.
• The successful candidate will also demonstrate a strong background in collaborating as a team player and in maintaining tact and professionalism.
• A history of displaying a positive attitude is a must.
