Job Summary AECOM is actively seeking a creative, a highly talented CEI Resident Compliance Specialist for employment in the Tampa, Florida area. AECOM is proud to provide our employees with exciting, challenging projects. The incumbent can look forward to projects including various assignments for the Department of Transportation and local municipalities throughout Central Florida.
• Responsible for working on AECOM CEI projects
• Expected to exercise initiative and independent judgment in the prosecution of work assignments
• Will work under the supervision and direction of AECOM and client PM’s
• Must attend all training workshops or meetings for Resident Compliance Specialists as well as spend time at the District Compliance office as determined necessary

Minimum Requirements • HS + 2 years or related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
• Valid U.S. Driver's License with good driving record.
Preferred Qualifications
• (1) year of experience as a Resident Compliance Specialist on a construction project or two (2) years of assisting the Resident Compliance Specialist in monitoring the project.
• Should have prior experience in both State and Federal Aid funded construction projects with FDOT and knowledge of EEO/AA laws and FDOT’s DBE and OJT programs.
• Ability to analyze, collect, evaluate data, and take appropriate action when necessary.
• Able to attend all training workshops or meetings for Resident Compliance Specialists as well as spend time at the District Compliance office as determined necessary.
