Job Purpose
The Support Team Associate will need to have a strong attention to detail while reviewing detailed measurements/estimates. They will ensure that the detail outline has necessary materials, such as transitions, underlayment etc. Also, will review and edit custom charges.
Role and Responsibilities
• Own relationships with estimators and stores/customers keeping Floor Interior Service high customer service standards
• Confirming all details have necessary materials for a successful installation
• Review custom charges i.e. steps, leveling, grinding etc., anything with a monetary value
• Answering all calls in a professional and polite manner focusing on a one call resolution
• Responding to all emails in a timely and professional manner
• Completing all refigures in a timely manner
• Any additional task requested by the Support Team Lead
Qualifications and Education Requirements
• Minimum High School graduate
• Critical and independent problem solving
• Communicate professionally and effectively both written and verbally
• Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs
• Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and professional ethics
Working Conditions
Working indoor Monday – Friday, however customer issues may cause deviations from the norm. Regular evening, holiday and weekend work expected, working with challenging clients, constant phone and computer communications are expected. Sitting, standing, lifting tis to be expected. Busy environment with multiple interruptions.
