Ready to start a new Accounts Payable Clerk job? Kelly Professional and Industrial is partnering with a great Tech Company to find qualified talent for their headquarters in Clearwater, FL.
Benefits:
• Starting pay rate at $20/hr.
• Monday to Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

• Remote, may go back to office for a partial week.
• Temporary position.
Job Overview:
The person in this role will support the Accounts Payable Department in reviewing accounts to ensure a smooth transition to a new ERP system. The responsibilities include:
• Managing accounts payable using accounting software and other programs
• Research accounts in the old system and clarifying account discrepancies internally and with vendors.
• Processing due invoices for payments
• Processing transactions and performing accounting duties such as account maintenance, recording entries and reconciling books of accounts.
Qualifications:
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Knowledge of SAP preferred but NOT required
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable or an equivalent combination of both education and experience.
• Ability to set priorities, identify, and address problems, meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Highly organize.
• Ability to meet attendance and punctuality standards
