Location: Tampa, 33607
100% Work from home flexibility
Onsite requirements:
2 day in office orientation
2 weeks training before their shift starts
Pay: $17.00
Hours: Varied schedule, Mid-shift schedule
Start times: 2:00 PM, 3:00 PM, or 4:00 PM
End times: 10:00 PM, 11:00 PM, or 12:00 AM
Includes some weekends and holidays

Job duties:
• Place and receive inbound calls including transferred calls from homeowners, respond to customer requests and input service request data. (Most of the role is email versus phone calls.)
• Receive and process homeowner service requests in a timely manner per established policies, including settlement & releases and check requests
• Collect up-to-date project Customer Care status information, input to computer and distribute weekly and monthly project reports
• Maintain RCC filing system for projects and individual home sites that permits quick access to all previous correspondence, and related data
• Support Customer Care associates as needed
• Must be flexible for other duties as assigned: As an associate you may be required to cross-train across roles/departments with similar job duties, or assist with other business needs as required
Nice to have:
• Construction experience
• Homebuilder experience
Requirements:
• Majority of the warranty requests from from the email box of the website, limited phone work in this role
• 3 years experience in a call center or customer service environment
• Must be computer literate and possess strong Word, Excel skills and have the ability to learn
• Minimum 50 WPM
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Background check required
• Drug screening required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Schedule:
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
Experience:
• Call center: 3 years (Preferred)
• construction or homebuilder: 2 years (Preferred)
