About You:
This position is responsible for continuous improvement of recruiting process outcomes for franchise locations with a measurable impact on retention. Responsible for managing a group of consulting franchisees and the recruiting portion of the BDF budget. Creates and maintains field level recruitment and retention strategies to build the value of CHHJ&M and create a competitive advantage. Provides transparent, high-quality, data-driven reporting to support initiatives. Responsible for development, launch and systemwide adoption of revamped College Hunks Way of recruiting. Requires high-level collaboration with multiple business areas and key franchise partner stakeholders.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
· Recruiting: Responsible for the development and adoption of best practices that increase recruiting volume and effectiveness for franchisees in the field.
· Systems & Processes: Ongoing evaluation of current systems and technologies. Ability to leverage technology to facilitate efficient and simplified recruiting processes for the field.
· Retention: Responsible for development & execution of strategies that improve retention rates for franchisees in the field.
· Education & Adoption: Leverage all resources, including other business areas, to educate and gain systemwide adoption from franchise partners on revamped College Hunks Way for recruiting, onboarding, training and retention of HUNKS.
· BDF Recruiting Budget Management: Prioritize the national spend to maximize success within allowed budget.
· Communication & Reporting: Provide thorough and transparent reporting to FP's and team while delivering actionable insights on all recruiting & retention activities to facilitate success.
· Committee Management: Effectively manage designated franchisee recruiting committee and ensure timely communication to key stakeholders.
· Competitive Analysis: Monitor and report on competitive activity and create action plans to ensure hiring and retention practices remain a competitive advantage.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Computer Skills:
Candidate should have enough technical expertise to monitor, report & act on competitive activity. The role involves ongoing evaluation & leveraging of technology to facilitate efficient and simplified recruiting process for the field. Candidate must be data driven, with the ability to set up pilots, manage data, measure metrics, assess results and make changes with a tech-savvy approach.
