Support Services Administrators provide critical support functions to various process stakeholders.  This position requires a highly organized and detailed professional with a well-rounded financial background.  The position will be responsible for critical master data creation, configuration, and problem solving involving the vendor and customer master.  They will also be responsible for cash management reconciliation working intensely with various transactional teams on any variances, special handling, and detailed tracking procedures.  This position also works with Accounting reconciliations of key GL accounts related to the AP/AR processes.  They will also be responsible for key month end tasks, sales tax tasks, and routine operational reporting support.
Major Accountability
• Process and analyze master data creation, issues, and work on various data projects for Vendors
• Process and analyze master data creation, issues, and work on various data projects for Customers
• GL Account reconciliations for AP / AR
• Sales tax reporting and exemption management
• Cash Management reconciliation and tracking
• RBNI reporting and communication with the field accounting/buyers
• Month end tasks as assigned
• Routine operations reporting
Specialized Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Relevant software applications
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills
• Customer service
• Basic verbal and written communications skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast paced and multi-task environment
• Well organized and able to function within tight deadlines
Reporting directly to the Director of Accounting – this position will be located in Tampa, FL
