**Job Description:**
**Required Skills:**
A minimum of 1 years managerial or leadership experience including coaching associates and providing feedback
3+ years of mortgage processing experience and/or 3+ years managing a team of direct reports in a similar role
Knowledge of Microsoft office
Ability to motivate associates to meet production, quality, and service standards along with providing direct coaching and feedback regarding quality, customer experience, and problem resolution.
Ability to build partnerships across the organization to ensure efficiency and achieve customer satisfaction
Possesses in-depth knowledge of a variety of loan products and program guidelines
Excellent attentionto detail
Strong time management and organizational skills
Proven ability to simultaneously manage a variety of business functions and handle high work volumes
Self-Motivated and strong interpersonal skills
Teamwork and customer service skills are a must
Ability to prioritize multiple competing tasks
Flexibility to work extended hours during heavy workload periods
Ability to deliver difficult messages with confidence
