**Training and Development Associate in Tampa, Florida! Temporary role, Hybrid of remote and onsite!**
**Job Description:**
The Global Learning Operations Producer will be responsible for supporting our facilitators in live virtual training sessions. Our programs are interactive and collaborative, this person will play a part in cultivating a great learning environment for participants by running the technical aspects of the virtual classroom. The producer will also support the operations team by coordinating the program logistics for training courses and other program activities as needed.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Provide technical coordination and support before and during the virtual classroom session via the zoom platform.
Will produce VILT sessions including the following tasks: take attendance, manage interactive tools such as whiteboards, breakout rooms, and polls, answer learner questions in the chat, create and distribute links, troubleshoot issues, manage chat, advance slides, spotlight presenters, and support facilitator with activities and instructions.
The producer will follow the timeline of the session to ensure they are managing the tasks by the session content.
Create Standard Operational Procedures (SOP) and program operations guides to be leveraged to coordinate training classes and learning experiences.
Support standard learning processes and practices related to assigned programs.
Develop an understanding of Global Services operations and the Company organization.
Continuously improve systems knowledge and communications skills, thus, enhancing customer service levels.
Identify areas for improvement on daily operational processes and provide support to implement these initiatives by highlighting and discussing key changes/improvement programs with management.
Contribute positively to a knowledge-sharing environment by documenting and sharing all relevant working experiences for future reference.
Communicate and interact effectively with customers and team members of the Global Services HR team(s); develop credibility and trusted mutually respected relationships with customers, supervisors, and team members.
Interact and interface with customers, vendors, service providers, and other third parties as applicable about the activities and dependencies within the Global Learning team.
**Qualifications/Education:**
A minimum of a Bachelors degree is required.
**Experience and Skills:**
A minimum of two (2) years of related experience is required.
The ability to demonstrate customer orientation and excellent customer service skills is required.
Strong organization skills, attention to detail and follow through to resolve any outstanding issues are required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; managing internal communications and external/client communications with detailed support and assistance is required.
Experience running live webcast events live virtual training or conferences.
Technical proficiency with Zoom including tools such as whiteboards, breakout rooms, sharing slides, polls, chat, and spotlighting presenters.
Ability to provide high quality operational and communication capabilities to enable seamless information transfer between facilitators and participants.
The ability to exhibit discretion, professionalism, confidentiality, and judgment is required.
The ability to accurately collect information to understand and assess the clients needs and the situation is required.
The ability to prioritize workload and provide timely follow-up and resolution is required.
Computer literate with knowledge of common office productivity software and the ability to learn customer service software applications (e.g., MS Office, email, fax, Internet Explorer) is required.
The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, self-directed team-based, collaborative environment is required.
