Description/Comment:100% ONSITE BRANCH POSITION - Tampa, FL. Responsible for any one or more of the following: handling customer/client/contra calls, opening new accounts, updating existing accounts, customer correspondence, transfer of accounts, wired funds, foreign currency conversion, received/issued checks and stock certificates. Requires previous customer service and data entry experience with a high degree of accuracy. Must be articulate, have a pleasant telephone manner and excellent verbal and written skills. Flexibility is a key aspect of this role and must be equally comfortable with direct client interaction as well as having the ability to network, research and resolve client operational issues. General PC skills required including experience with Word, Excel and Outlook.
Additional Job Details:The CRS is responsible for assisting with branch tasks including but not limited to: greeting clients coming into the branch, probing to understand and meet their needs, assisting with forms, receiving /uploading checks, document maintenance, and supporting financial consultants at the branch. While the CRS may occasionally make outbound calls, this position is NOT a phone position. No minimum number of years of experience required however, the candidate should have some prior client facing customer service experience, preferably in the financial industry. Ops Admin type experience a plus. Prior teller, personal banking, loan servicing experience is a PLUS. NOT looking for candidates with only call center experience. Candidate should be professional with excellent communication skills, able to think on the fly, and adapt and adjust to clients needs and always wanting to know how can WE help?. They should be friendly, have desire to take care of people, and takes ownership of their tasks to identify clients needs. Candidate experience should demonstrate exceptional customer service including a time where theyve provided World Class Service that /is known for. Employment Type: OTHER
