Job Description
Insight Global is looking to fill a Remote Corporate Recruiter position. This person will be recruiting for roles in the audio/video engineering industry. They will be trained in the role and how to recruit for industry specific skill sets. They will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and building relationships with candidates for current and future opportunities. Other responsibilities include strategizing with the recruiting team, networking, cold calling, university relations, industry events, associations, online communities, external research, and social media (LinkedIn Recruiter, Networking Events, Boolean searches).
- Bachelor Degree in business, marketing, human resources or related field
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter within a technical
recruiting capacity (AV and/or construction is a plus).
