Job Requirements and Preferences:Basic Qualifications:Minimum Degree Required:High School DiplomaMinimum Years of Experience:6 year(s)Preferred Qualifications:Degree Preferred:Bachelor DegreePreferred Fields of Study:English Literature, Journalism, Communications Studies/Speech Communication and Rhetoric, MarketingPreferred Knowledge/Skills:Demonstrate thought leader-level abilities as a team leader emphasizing the following areas:Coaching, leading and inspiring team members to deliver day-to-day execution of strategies and professional development;Writing content for weekly, internal email update from our Senior Partner (CEO equivalent) to Firm leadership featuring business insights and stories;Developing content for Partner webcasts and events; collaborating with communications team members and business stakeholders to identify content that highlights our strategy and delivers a compelling audience experienceProducing Partner webcasts and internal events, working closely with digital events team to coordinate technology choices, logistics and presenter prep materials;Sourcing and developing stories that bring the PwC strategy to life for our Partners and highlight our capabilities and commitments, creatively delivering content in a digital and visual manner;Developing messaging briefs and storyboards for multimedia/video communications featuring the Senior Partner, for use in webcasts, year-end, and partner meetings;Partnering with our Trust Solutions, Consulting Solutions and Firmwide and Change Initiatives teams to ensure we are telling the most relevant story to our partners;Eliminating non-strategic communications and making data-driven decisions and improvements;Crafting a point of view on societal events and issues that may require responding quickly with a sensitive approach;Maintaining commitment to quality and care when handling confidential and sensitive Firm information; and,Networking with the PwC team to inform Senior Partner communications strategy and content.A career in Firm Strategy and Communications, will provide you with the opportunity to establish effective communication programmes that promote and protect PwC’s vision, strategy, values, and purpose.
