Role Description
IntelliScript's Information Technology Team is a key part of our success and is critical to our future. We are looking for a Jira Support Engineer to help us maximize the software we use. We are not a one size fits all company. And when customization is the name of the game, no two days are truly alike. Responsibilities
• Act as the application specialist for our third party Cloud hosted tools (initially focusing on Atlassian Jira/Confluence/Service Desk Suite, with a future focus on Salesforce, Power BI, Wrike, Microsoft Office 365/Teams, and other tools)
• Ensuring optimal performance of 3 rd party tools
• Configuring our 3 rd party tools to meet our business processes and needs
• Managing 3 rd party tools, roles, profiles, workflows, and groups
• Importing and exporting data as needed from other systems
• Help train users on building custom reports and dashboards
• Provide internal consulting, training and support as needed
• Documenting processes, standards, and best practices
• Collaborate with our Global Corporate Services team for shared tools strategy
• Responsibilities will expand to other tasks and projects as experience and knowledge increases
Professional Qualifications
• 3+ years of related experience as a Cloud Application Specialist or Administrator, including in-depth knowledge of Cloud hosted Atlassian Jira/Confluence/Service Desk Suite
• Experience with customization and configuration of Atlassian tools
• Scripting experience with Scriptrunner for Jira, Groovy, or other tools
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Intermediate proficiency with SQL

• Great communication both verbally and in writing
• Ability to understand and communicate with audiences that are both technically and not technically minded
• Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new concepts and software quickly
• Understand how one person's tasks and responsibilities are related to other roles, departments, and within the overall business
• Adapt to the needs of the business, and take on additional responsibilities over time
• Project maturity and professionalism
Preferred (Not Required)
• Experience administering Salesforce, Microsoft 365 ecosystem, Wrike
• HIPAA or PHI regulated environment
• Experience creating documentation / internal processes
• Bachelor's degree in IT or business-related field
The base salary for the position will vary with the candidate's qualications and experience. The salary range for a Colorado resident for this position is $70,000 - $120,000. In addition, we offer a performance-based bonus plan, prot sharing, and generous benets.
