Spathe Systems is seeking a Program Manager – Acquisitions in Tampa supporting Spathe Systems, to lead Procurement, Recruiting and Warehouse Operations.

Job Description:
SPATHE is looking for a Program Manager – Acquisitions in Tampa, FL to join our growing Program Management Office (PMO) as a direct report to the VP of C5ISR. The Program Manager – Acquisitions must possess the aptitude, knowledge, interpersonal skills, and ability necessary to perform the following tasks:
• Direct a program team usually within a matrixed organization while monitoring and encouraging functional organizations to complete milestones within specific budgets and schedules
• Support the PMO by assisting in development of comprehensive project plans to include both long - and short-range goals and milestones
• Identifies, acquires, and utilizes program resources to achieve program technical objectives
• Interfaces with external customers as well as Executive Management for the purpose of communicating status of programs throughout lifecycle
• Signs timecards, prepares performance reviews, handles discipline problems, and has input to hiring and firing as directed
• Ensures work products are accurate and complete with respect to the Contracted Statement of Work; may be responsible for effectively monitoring budget(s) of multiple programs
• Lead, mentor and manage the Recruiting Team as they use business data, technology, and other operational metrics to source and recommend a diverse pool of candidates to hiring managers and "sell" the company to passive and active talent.
• Lead, mentor and manage the Warehouse Operations Manager position. Responsible for the oversight of inventory control and tracking requirements, ensuring accurate maintenance of inventory records, and receipt and shipment of property and accountability books.
• Oversees Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) coordination and agreements: coordinates with OEM’s and resellers to secure pricing for Requests for Quotes from customers.
Qualifications:
Requirements:
• BA/BS Degree is required
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Certification desired
• Project Management Professional (PMP) desired
• Knowledge of program management tasks and ability to develop standards and processes for scheduling, administration, and accounting; able to manage program control staff
• Experience working with project management methodologies and able to perform budget development, project planning, control, and assurance methodologies
• Must possess business communication skills to effectively articulate policy and interface with other departments at all levels while managing staff effectively
• Detail oriented and organized; able to understand work problems and procedures; reviews the work of others and able to detect errors or needed modifications

• Experience having led or worked closely with a team of recruiters
• Experience with iCIMS or similar ATS
• Has proven ability to recruit diverse individuals and ability to negotiate and advise on complex compensation packages is required.
• Extraordinary communication (both written and verbal) and influencing skills are required, as is strong project management, analytical and critical thinking skills with thorough attention to detail.
• Experience with warehouse operations, management, and inventory control.
