Full Job Description
The A/P Manager manages team member(s) in the accounts payable department who are responsible for maintaining and updating vendor accounts, processing payments to vendors, corporate reporting & forecasting, and working with vendors. Hybrid schedule; 3 days in office 2 days remote.
Duties Include:
• Review, maintain, and monitor accounts payable.
• Manage procedures around cash distribution.
• Resolve vendor-payable problems in a timely manner, while applying professional service to maintain and improve vendor relations.
• Monitor and track all purchase orders to ensure timely payment and reconcile accounts with vendors regularly.
Requirements:
• 4+ years of A/P experience
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Must be highly detailed and deadline oriented
• Proficient with Excel to include v-lookups and pivot tables
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
