Front Office Manager is responsible for the success of the front desk, ensuring guest satisfaction and that product quality standards are met, managing all areas of the hotel according to Brand standards to achieve a friendly atmosphere of superior guest service and product quality. Responsibilities:
• Ensure welcome all guests approaching the Front Desk in accordance with Brand Standards.
• Respond to all guests' requests, problems, complaints and/or incidents presented at the Front Desk or through Social Media, SALT/Medallia or phone calls.
• Prepare and conduct departmental interviews and follow hiring procedures.
• Maximize room revenue and occupancy by reviewing status daily. Analyze rate variance, monitor credit report and maintain close observation of daily house count.
• Supervise Transportation & Shuttle Team.
• Review Front Office and Shuttle Team's hours for payroll administration and submission to corporate.
• Track departmental incentives and issue them to be paid via a payroll spreadsheet.
• Prepare employee schedules according to business forecasts, payroll budget guidelines and productivity requirements.
• Ensure that no-show revenue is maximized through consistent and accurate billing.
• Review daily Front Office work and activity reports generated by Night Audit.
• Prepare Front Office Shift Reports and Guest Request Log on a daily basis.
• Perform any other job related duties as assigned.

Requirements
• 2 years of previous experience working in the hospitality industry, Hilton experience a plus
• Highlight exceptional multitasking, communication, and management skills
• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent certification (GED)
• 2 years of experience in front office management in the hospitality industry as an assistant front desk manager or similar position
• Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
