What will you be doing:
The Network Provider Relations Liaison supports the Provider Relations function in the field, covering Tampa & Orlando Regions responsible for developing an maintaining a positive business relationship with IHCS, Healthcare Plans, and Providers. This role contributes to the overall success of the team by providing a high level of customer service, administrative support, and project coordination throughout the process of contracting and full cycle scope of services coordination and billing. The incumbent will be responsible for providing Provider Relations, Contracting, Credential, Claims support and coordination of associated documentation for providers and services of our portfolio of business.
This position requires traveling to Tampa and Orlando regions.
