What you bring to the table
Beck is looking for a talented Human Resources Intern to join our Tampa office. You will be involved in many facets of HR with the ability to evolve and impact our existing operations. Your primary function will be to assist the Human Resources team with recruiting, employee relations, and training functions while building relationships and acting as an initial point of contact for Beck employees.
The job involves the following responsibilities:
• Support multiple projects within the HR team, offering the best service to our internal clients
• Post open positions on Beck website and associated targeted job boards
• Support Talent Acquisition efforts for all Beck US offices
• Support hiring managers and their teams by coordinating and scheduling interviews
• Assist with campus recruiting and the Summer Internship Program
• Assist with implementing and updating new HRIS system to affect increased efficiency for HR team

You also meet the following requirements :
• Pursuing an associate's or bachelor's degree; a degree in Human Resources or Business is a plus
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated team player
• Effective verbal and written communicator
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Ability to strictly maintain confidentiality with employee information
• Ability to commit 15 hours a week
Essential Functions:
Frequently required to sit, stand, and move about the office; frequently operates a computer and other office productivity equipment; frequently lift and move up to ten pounds and occasionally lift and move up to fifty pounds; constantly communicates with HR team, Beck employees, and external vendors; ability to adhere to timely and consistent attendance.
