Summary of Position This role is charged with providing services to enhance the use of IT products such as customer and desk side support, acquisition, implementation, deployment, help desk, asset, and problem management. The individual should be comfortable working with team members across the organization. Essential Duties Records, responds to, diagnoses, escalates, follows up, and documents solutions to problems through discussions with users Diagnose and resolve problems associated with application software, hardware and operating systems; determine the source of problems and classify their level of urgency and nature. Install and deploy workstations and other IT technology to users Support desktop environments and work with various backend technologies Takes requests, assembles and ships or installs solutions for users Operates equipment and software according to system design Troubleshoots and provides production support and repair Updates existing documentation based on instructions for products and services Adheres to all IT processes, policies, standards, and procedures Provide support to help desk staff as appropriate Configure, deploy, maintain, troubleshoot, and install new computer hardware, peripherals, mobile devices, and software for end-users in-house and remotely. $19-$22 per HOUR Employment Type: DIRECT PLACEMENT
