The Product Manager will partner with business, marketing and network stakeholders to evaluate, prioritize and plan initiatives against the digital roadmap, and manage the full product life cycle of gathering customer needs, documenting requirements and product vision, identifying measurable outcomes, and working closely with engineering on release cycle management, all with the end goal of delivering the highest value products to the largest possible audience in a timely manner.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills :
Demonstrating industry leader level knowledge of and/or proven record of success in:
• Orchestrating advanced applications using Adobe Experience Suite (Adobe AEM CMS, Adobe Target, and Adobe Analytics) at an expert level;
• Creating a closed loop between marketing and sales to shorten lead times and improve client impact
• Integrating CRM and marketing automation (Salesforce preferable);
• Managing strategy and innovation working with internal and external partners and stakeholders, ideally in a B2B or services context;
• Navigating complex problems and stakeholders, evaluating and prioritizing needs and creating actionable recommendations;
• Managing governance across global websites ensuring performance and development is aligned to business and marketing objectives;
• Monitoring external digital trends and acting as a subject matter expert on global website strategy and innovation;
• Developing, testing and deploying a complex global website across multiple territories;
• Understanding and experience across a range of design approaches and research methodologies (e.g., product design, service design, systems thinking, UX, etc.);
• Leveraging data to understand user preferences and created personalized experiences across the customer journey to deliver the right message to the right client at the right time on the right channel;
• Understanding and application of UX, UI, and design thinking;
• Demonstrating client and project management skills involving delivery of both content-based and technology-oriented products, using tools such as Trello, JIRA or similar;
• Developing and managing KPIs to optimize customer experience: including measurement, reviewing, and making recommendations on changes needed to enhance our brand to improve client KPIs;
• Understanding of marketing and sales capabilities, including sales, marketing, brand, strategic marketing and integrated content in a B2B context;
• Understanding of Agile principles;
• Analyzing data to evaluate the performance of digital platforms in line with the strategy and marketing objectives; and,
• Building and managing relationships across a global network with other marketing functions and the business, including effectively managing a matrixed organization.
