As the Customer Support Associate, you will be on the front lines, representing the client and providing an upstanding and personal customer sales experience. Our Customer Support Associates develop great relationships with some of our most important customers, set and manage service expectations, and constantly be encouraged to create new ways to improve and enhance customer affairs.
Daily Duties And Responsibilities As A Customer Support Associate:
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by using active listening skills to create and provide targeted product recommendations and explain how to use the product and technology properly
• Work with the Customer Support Associate and sales support team to follow up with the customer on shipping/installation dates, monthly or quarterly promotional deals, and confirm correct contact information
• Monitor industry customer service and sales trends to increase customer retention
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Partner with other departments to discuss monthly goals, new product features, sales promotions, and customer acquisition targets
• Partake in weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reviews of individual and team progress
• Document customer feedback effectively to improve customer satisfaction
• Accurately record customer information including, but not limited to, Address, billing information, account package, preferences, sales discounts, etc.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and enhance relationships by answering any additional questions that may arise
Skills and Qualities Needed:
• Motivation and drive to gain new skills and deliver exceptional customer service
• Ability to multi-task and solve problems efficiently with little to no supervision
• Professional, friendly, and warm demeanor
• Passion for people and exceeding expectation
• Strong verbal communication, written communication, and presentation skills
• Values an exceptional client and consumer experience and is willing to go above and beyond to deliver that
• At least 0-2 years in a customer service representative, sales, or client representative type position
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
Schedule:
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
