Kforce has a client that is seeking a Power BI/SQL Developer I in Tampa, FL. Summary: This position is under the work stream Business Intelligence/Analytics (BIA) and works as an integral part of the BI team. The role is responsible for center-wide data extractions, queries, data reporting and data delivery. This position supports strategic initiatives by enabling the analysis of operational data (clinical, research, patient focused, financial and administrative) and report of aggregated information using various BI tools. This position collaborates with company clinicians, researchers, and operational staff, a log with other BIA team members to ensure their data reporting requirements are met through data extraction, reports/dashboards building, using a suit of comprehensive BI solutions. This position works closely with the Manager of Business Intelligence, team supervisors, as well as Project Managers and business analysts in providing data reporting services to the most complex projects and resolve highly challenging technical issues.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in related area tied to data query, extraction, data reporting and analysis in relevant information Systems capacity, and database management and infrastructure
• Proven expertise in a variety of relevant concepts, practices, and procedures
• Demonstrated capacity to plan and accomplish long- and short-term objectives
• Exceptional analytic, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities
• Extensive IT experience and sound judgment are required to formulate, plan, and accomplish goals
• Keeping abreast of technological advances and providing in-house training relevant to database management, infrastructure, architecture, and data access methodologies, etc.
• Demonstrates advanced knowledge of SQL, SSIS, SSRS and data warehousing concepts
• Demonstrates willingness and ability to learn and apply new technologies
• Flexible to learn new tech
• Go-getter, open to learning
Tech:
