Clinical Coordinator LPN - Van Dyke Adult
BayCare Medical Group is currently seeking an experienced Clinical Coordinator LPN to join our outstanding and compassionate team at our Van Dyke Adult physician office in Lutz.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily clinical operations
• Assist Site Manager and physicians with the successful operations of the clinical staff, procedures and treatment
• Support the physician's office health care team
• Answer phones
• Screen patient's chart prior to appointment
• Interview patients and prepare them for examinations and other procedures
• Assist the physician during the exam
• Administer injections
• Perform any necessary lab work or testing
• Follow up on test orders and reports results to the physician and patient
• Provides patient education
• Maintain medical equipment and take inventory
•Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
• LPN License
• BLS certification
• High School Diploma or GED
• 3 years post licensure LPN experience
• 1 year lead role in related field
• Preferred 3 years working in Physician Practice
