Zeno Office Solutions, a Xerox Company, is looking for a Customer Service Administrator that will be responsible for Customer Business Operations & Administration activities including order processing, data order entry, customer inquiry management, and scheduling.
What we are looking for:
• 6 months to year admin or data entry experience
• Has developed specialized skills or is multi-skilled through job-related training
• Completes a variety of atypical assignments
• May solve problems of a recurring nature, but takes a broad perspective to problems and may identify new, less obvious solutions
• Completes work with a limited degree of supervision
• Assigning tickets to the proper stakeholders
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Excellent communication skills
