Adecco is assisting a local client in recruiting for an Office Manager/Project Administrative Assistant, position in Tampa, FL. Pay ranges from $20-26 depending on experience and qualifications. Previous construction knowledge highly encouraged. Some of your responsibilities will include.
• Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the owner’s behalf
• Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records, scanning documents, and creating invoices.
• Understanding of purchase orders and invoices a plus
• Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing travel plans
• Answering phone calls in a polite and professional manner
• Managing the owner’s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
• Must be able to adapt quickly to changes within executive’s schedule.
• Must be able to use Word, Excel, and outlook, & QUICKBOOKS

• Day time hours, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
