As a Logistics Leader, you will lead RH’s 3PL service providers to deliver operational excellence, ensuring a luxury experience for our clients. Motivated by RH's people-first approach, you will inspire, motivate, educate and provide strategic oversight for third-party teams that play an integral role in the continuous elevation of our customer experience.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead our external delivery partners to align the RH home delivery experience with the luxury and world-class service experienced by customers in our galleries and online
• Guide and support our delivery partners, drive performance and ensure accountability from our partners around all aspects of the delivery experience
• Oversee load-out to ensure compliance, accuracy, quality, and efficiency
• Identify any 3PL performance concerns, and work with vendors to resolution
• Conduct route review process to maximize daily capacity and optimize the customer delivery experience; lead the delivery partner billing process
• Address and resolve escalated customer service issues in a timely and thorough manner
• In partnership with the Senior Leader and delivery partners, support driver training initiatives that elevate the delivery experience
OUR REQUIREMENTS
• 3+ years leadership experience in furniture home delivery or similar field
• Adept at hiring, training, coaching and executing all facets of employee performance
• Strong written and oral skills and ability to interact with people from multi-functional and diverse backgrounds, excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Relentless passion for providing world-class service within the organization and to our customers
• Proven ability to address and solve problems in a creative, innovative, timely and decisive fashion
• Computer proficiency is a must. MS Word, Excel and G-Suite are used daily and extensively in this position
• Ability to visit clients in an assigned geographic territory
• Must pass background review, MVR, and drug screen
