Role: HCM & Payroll Developer

Job Description:
Looking for PeopleSoft HCM, payroll, and SCM PeopleSoft system and be involved in full life-cycle activities SDLC including enhancements, customizations, interfaces, queries using PeopleTools with 9+ Years of experience
Technical Skills:
· 6+ years implementing/supporting PeopleSoft Human Capital Module (HCM), PeopleSoft HCM 9.0 experience or higher.
· 2. 5+ years of current experience developing with PeopleTools vs.so or higher.
· Thorough understanding of Application Engine, PeopleCode, SQL, SQR, XML Publisher, Crystal, Application Designer, Trace, and other development tools.
· 4. 5s+ years of current experience with Unix/Linux shell scripting, PL/SQL, Java.
· Good understanding of Oracle databases.
· Partner with HRIS, Benefits and Payroll groups to maintain normal functionality of PeopleSoft HR
· Document business processes, develop functional and technical specifications in support of software initiatives
· Expert in development of payroll rules and its framework
· Expertise in design, integration and implementation using the PeopleSoft toolset and programming model: PeopleTools, PeopleCode, SQRs, Application engine, BI Publisher, IB Messaging, Component Interface
