Physical Therapist - Tampa Outpatient Care Center
POSITION SUMMARY :
The physical therapist (PT) is responsible to provide quality clinical care as part of a multidisciplinary team at the hospital and/or outpatient care centers as assigned. Demonstrates competency in evaluation and treatment, utilizing value based care and evidence based practices. Receives clinical review by the Rehab Regional Manager .

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelors, Master's or Doctoral degree from an accredited school of Physical Therapy
• Licensed to practice physical therapy in the state of Florida
