Probate Paralegal
Paralegal -Probate, Estate Planning and Trust Administration
Mortellaro Law is currently seeking an experienced probate paralegal professional for a fast growing law firm located in Tampa, FL. Mortellaro Law assists clients in the areas of Florida probate, estate planning and trust administration. We are extremely busy and need someone that can hit the ground running with minimal or no training. We are looking for the following experience:
-Client interview, correspondence, retention and management
- Florida Probate and trust administration including: E-filings, preparation of pleadings, preparation of correspondence to interested parties, preparation and maintenance of case management check lists.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
