The Business System Analyst II role requires the individual to possess experience in both business and related technologies. The individual is responsible for the analysis, design and development of the necessary requirements to support integration development and implementation efforts. The BSA manages and coordinates these activities from beginning to end using agile best practices while focusing on analytical assessment, requirements gathering, iteration identification, problem solving and project management
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

Direct/lead requirements gathering sessions with end users at all levels (Vice President, Director, Managers, Individual Contributors).
• Represent integrations team on multiple cross functional projects with internal and external teams
• Work collaboratively with IT and business and keep team members and all stakeholders informed of critical issues, project status, changes, etc.
• Prepare accurate and detailed requirement specifications and mapping documents as well as communicate in writing or in meetings with the team.
• Own the Product backlog and have responsibility for grooming and prioritization of project tasks
• Collaborate and communicate effectively and efficiently with Development and QA team in the completion all development projects.
• Follow up, investigate, troubleshoot and resolve production support incident and requests
• Develop process flow charts as required to support use case/business requirements understanding
EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
• Five or more years of experience in developing requirements and performing system analysis
• Knowledge and experience with integrations and ETL tools
• Understanding of relational databases and experience in writing SQL Server queries
• Taking ownership of critical decisions, leading to resolution on behalf of Business and IT
• Ensuring both business stakeholders and IT team members are all aligned with project objectives and identified agile practices
• Experience with various system development lifecycles such as waterfall, RUP, and Agile methods
• Restaurant/Hospitality industry experience is a plus

EDUCATION

Bachelor's degree in CS, IS Systems or related technical field required (5 additional years of comparable work experience beyond the required years of experience may be substituted)
