Description:
We are looking for a seasoned mobile APP manager with vision, creativity, management experience, and passion for all things mobile.  In this role, you will work with key stakeholders to define and execute a clear mobile strategy, manage mobile teams, and build best in class mobile product experiences that will elevate the customer experience.
JOB DUTIES :
• Work with key cross-functional stakeholders to set strategy, define the product, and recommend appropriate high-judgement trade-offs between features and speed-to-launch
• Drive mobile development from conceptualization through launch - creating actionable plans, workstreams and tactics, and execute on those in support of new product launches
• Establish and continuously update the roadmap for ADI’s global mobile APP experience
• Collaborate with technology teams, UX, marketing and development partners to determine what features to move forward and in what priority order
• Ensure business and technical stakeholder needs are aligned by driving mindful discussions that lead to crisp decisions
• Write requirements documents and ensure clear communication and coordination of requirements to business and development teams
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks before they become roadblocks
• Regularly review metrics and proactively seek out new and improved data/mechanisms for visibility, ensuring your program stays aligned with organization objectives
YOU MUST HAVE :
• Bachelor's degree required
• 3+ years of experience in the Mobile Apps field
• 3+ years of work experience architecting, developing, and launching customer facing mobile commerce applications
• 3+ years of leadership, people management experience, and engineering management experience
