Director of Recruitment- HIT
Tampa, FL
Our Director of Recruitment will work directly within our Health Information Technology Division to help provide organizational initiatives, enhance internal processes and infrastructure as well as work in a collaborative effort with the recruiting team to maintain company growth.
Overview:
Our growing Health Information Technology division is looking to hire a Director of Recruitment for our Tampa Office . The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the healthcare or IT staffing industry and have extensive knowledge surrounding healthcare facilities.

Our Director of Recruitment will:
• Collaborate with our leadership team to gain an understanding of client and business processes
• Foster relationships with current clients as well as technology vendors
• Analyze job descriptions to help recruitment properly support client’s needs
• Align marketing and business development strategy with company vision to help target gross margin percentages while overseeing recruiting teams’ individual goals
• Create and manage all required reports while ensuring team members reach company Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Have strong understanding of federal laws, state laws and Healthcare Reform as it pertains to the company business lines as well as develop and maintain departmental policies and procedures
• Oversee personnel actions such as hiring, training, disciplinary, termination and/or salary recommendations
• Assist in the development and implementation of training materials and processes to ensure a success work environment
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Bonus Points | Our Desirables:
• At least 5 years’ Healthcare staffing experience
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Experience with Bullhorn Applicant Tracking System is a plus
• Ability to work creatively, independently, and be self-motivated
• Customer service oriented with the ability to be flexible, work well under pressure and adapt to change
• Dynamic and outgoing personality
