Synergistiq Wellness is continuing its growth in the Tampa Bay Area. The company is seeking an energetic extraverted individual to take on the community outreach aspect for promoting our business in Tampa and Clearwater. This position has various different verticals to cover, such as setting up referral partners throughout the community, establishing relationships on behalf of the clinic and helping to plan events at our clinic, in addition to working with the management on marketing programs, handling all communication relative to leads etc. The ideal candidate for this role will be capable of drafting correspondence, researching potential media sources, and writing ad copy, walking into new businesses and sharing our brochures etc. This candidate would then be comfortable making outbound calls on the b2b side as well as calling existing patients, booking appointments and occasionally working with our front desk staff at either our Clearwater/Safety Harbor location or at the Tampa office. The Marketing Assistant will also be expected to manage the company's social media accounts and ensure that all marketing material is up to date. There will be great opportunities to grow your income with this position as commissions, spiffs and bonuses will be available. From time to time depending on the schedule, there will be some PA functions for the owners.
Responsibilities:
• Be attentive to marketing-related events and news.
• Compile and create listings of marketing-related events and news.
• Communicate with external marketing-related organizations.
• Compile and maintain mailing lists.
• Update mailing list.
• Provide customer service.
• Organize and maintain a database for demographic information.
• Strong communication skills via email and phone are a MUST! If you are shy, this will not be the best fit for you within our organization .

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
