Seeking a Receptionist/Admin ASAP! Please call or text for additional information 813-605-3612
This person should have a positive attitude, be enthusiastic and enjoy working with all types of people. Other desired characteristics include above-average communication skills, high sensitivity and ability to respond to operational needs, detail-oriented and effective planning and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
· Turn on answering service after standard business hours daily to ensure that emergency service calls after hours will be handled promptly.
· Retrieves and relays messages during standard business hours from incoming callers and voice mail and forwards calls/messages to appropriate personnel.
· Welcomes and monitors on-site visitors, determines nature of business, and announces visitors to appropriate personnel; maintains the welcoming board and visitor sign-in sheet as needed to include expected guests’ names.
· Answers questions about the organization and provides callers with address, directions, and other information such as order tracking, delivery and pickup confirmations, invoice-related details, etc.
· Serves as backup to the customer service position which includes taking orders from inbound calls, retrieving web orders, and entering them when necessary.
· Provides support to the sales and marketing team as needed.
· Invoices all deliveries, pickups and shipped orders and posts sales batches daily.
· Receives, sorts, and routes mail; maintains and routes publications.
· Organizes and coordinates various office functions such as cookouts, birthday and office lunches, and other festivities.
· Performs other clerical duties as needed, such as filing and scanning on a regular basis, photocopying, and collating.
· Order and receive office supplies as needed and maintain an orderly supply room.
· Update appointment calendars as needed.
· Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
· While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to sit and use hands to finger, handle, or feel. The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.
· Ability to process information through a computer system.
· Ability to communicate with all levels of personnel and management.
· Ability to read and write accurately in order to complete all necessary documentation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 per hour
Schedule:
• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
• Tampa, FL 33613: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
