Global company is hiring for HR Administrative Assistant in Tampa area.
HR Administrative Assistant Job Duties:
• Provide administrative support to Human Resources Department.
• Coordinates the office operations of the Human Resources Department, including the day-to-day administrative support of the HR Team.
• Responsible for being the first point of welcome for employees, visitors, and callers.
• This role is responsible for office supply ordering, maintaining visitor logs, office communications and general office facility responsibilities.
HR Administrative Assistant Job Requirements:
• 2+ years of Human Resources experience is a plus
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Highly organized and detailed oriented with the ability to prioritize multiple assignments, work independently and meet established deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Outstanding customer-centric skills; adept to communicating effectively both written and verbal to a variety of audiences.
• Ability to understand, develop, and refine/improve processes.
• Keen sense of urgency with flexibility in assignment of responsibilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality in daily operations.
HR Administrative Assistant Hours: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
