Our Customer is growing !  Staffmark is looking to 25 talented Call Center Appointment Setters in Riverview.
Appointment Setters would be responsible for setting up in person appointments for Sales Techs.  NO Cold Calls all leads are generated from the marketing department!.
Responsibilities
• Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
• Follow scripts to set appointments for our sales team
• Accurately record all customer and appointment data into company system
• Maximize opportunities to meet goals
• Keep records of all conversations in call center database
• Meet or exceed performance goals
Skills
• Previous experience in an inside sales/telemarketing role
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills
• Persistent, never give up attitude
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
