Job Description
We are looking for an Education Specialist – Manufacturing, to deliver comprehensive education and support services to our clients in group and one-on-one settings via online (virtual) and in-person training engagements, which enable our clients to effectively utilize their Computer Aided Design (CAD) software. This position can be based in Omaha, Detroit, Louisville, Dallas or Tampa.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide virtual (online / remote) training with the possibility of some in-person training
• Provide post training and mentoring and follow-up services to customers
• Assist in reviewing and creating training content and curriculum
• Create intellectual property (videos, whitepapers, tech tips, etc.) for distribution to clients and/or posting to IMAGINiT’s client portal for client consumption
• Provide technical assistance, guidance and support to Trainers and Support Team
• Perform technical support (telephone, online, in-person) duties to assist the support team
• Create and administer user skills assessments
• Deliver software and industry-related technical presentations at seminars, workshops, conferences, user groups and client sites
• Support sales staff with pre-sales activities related to training and consulting services
Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years of Manufacturing industry experience in technical training or professional practice.
• Diploma or Degree in Manufacturing related field such as, engineering, advanced manufacturing, electrical design or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated expertise and ability to train multiple Autodesk CAD design software packages, such as AutoCAD, Inventor, Fusion 360, AutoCAD Electrical, Vault, etc.
• Professional License (preferred but not required).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Resourceful with strong problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to multitask and to engage in multiple activities at one time.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
