Growing client, expanding their footprint on Florida's Suncoast is looking for a corporate associate with 2-4 years of experience to work in its Tampa office. The candidate would work closely with partners who handle domestic and international M&A transactions and joint ventures; domestic and international corporate reorganizations; debt and equity business financings; complex commercial contracts and general corporate matters in a wide range of industries. Large law firm experience is a plus, but not a prerequisite. Candidate must be a member of the Florida Bar.
