Job Title: Product Manager
Location: 100% Remote
Salary: $100k - $130k DOE
Requirements: Previous experience in a SCRUM/Agile environment.

What You Will Be Doing:
- As a product leader help to guide the development of products from current/MVP states to a long-term vision
- Help with scope limitations and adjustments to features/products as the key decision maker
- Utilize information such as technical limitations from developers, UX insights from designers & market opportunities from the leadership team to prepare product roadmaps
- Adhere to Agile best practices; help guide Business Analysts through upcoming priorities and review User Stories prior to backlog refinement
- Help to establish sprint planning, backlog refinement meetings, daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, etc.
- Lead routine meetings with internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with the Design Team to ensure designs capture the complexities of business requirements
- Write quarterly feature release notes (internal and/or external)
- Help to ensure business groups and the development group are communicating effectively
- Ensure business groups and stakeholders have proper expectations for realistic timelines of product development
- Occasional travel for training & meetings
Must Have:
- B.A. in Finance, Business, or other similar field
- Must be authorized to work in the US (We cannot do Visa sponsorships)
- Prior experience as a Product Manger
Nice to Have:
- Business Analyst/Backlog writing experience
- CSPO or CSM
- Prior experience in Finance, Retirement Industry, or FinTech industries
