What you get to do:
As a Time Keeping Coordinator you will:
• Work in a team environment and interact with others in a professional manner
• Administrating Local Timekeeping Editor for all BGT/AI Ambassadors
• Audit timecards in accordance with company policy
• Assist team members with timekeeping/payroll issue resolution
• Monitor minor workforce activity
• Provide updates to park management teams related to minor workforce
• Maintain minor workforce activity logs
• Assist with various clerical tasks
• Assist with Schedule editing
• Perform other duties as assigned
What it takes to succeed:
• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Computer knowledge preferred (Word, Excel, and Access)
• Strong organizational and troubleshooting skills
• Good communication skills
• Availability to work weekends and some holidays
• Some college preferred
What else is important:
• Ability to lift, push, pull and/or carry loads up to 35 lbs. on occasional basis
• Perform tasks that require occasional bending from waist to floor, kneeling and squatting
• Position will perform frequent simple hand grasping and fine manipulation (use of keyboard/writing work)
• Work will take place primarily indoors in air conditioned space with occasional need to work outdoors in Florida weather conditions
• Position is primarily an office environment involving extended seated duty with occasional need for tasks requiring the ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
