In this role you will represent the voice of the business by performing research, design, development, and translating complex business requirements into actionable features, user stories and changes/updates to the Operations application suite. This is a cross-functional liaison role that reviews requirements and performance against expectations and coordinates/facilitates or influences changes to product to achieve optimal performance. You will work with internal business partners to recommend future direction, respond to inquiries, and ensure alignment to product roadmap.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Serves as the primary liaison between business and technical team, responsible for gathering, documenting, and prioritizing business requirements in support of critical business needs
• Documents and translates business requirements into features and the development of user stories
• Works closely with product leadership and Naviguard stakeholders to prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product
• As the Product Owner, acts as the domain specialist who owns and drives the vision for the product life cycle
• Serves as the SME for User Acceptance Testing activities, including providing support for hands-on testing and troubleshooting when necessary
• Supports end-to-end coordination for product-related activities
• Participates in solution analysis and design meetings for system enhancements and/or implementations
• Participates in discussions to document Current State/Future State workflows as needed
• Works well in a matrix environment across cross – functional teams
• Provide explanations and information to Agile teams, stakeholders, managers
• Prepares and presents information to leadership for next steps and decision making
• Actively participate in Agile team processes and help implement process changes related to Agile
• Lead, Build and maintain a backlog/inventory of system and business requirements to quickly react to additional enhancement capacity

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• 3 years working in the healthcare industry years working with claims
• 3 processes years of experience including development of user stories
• 3 and gathering business requirements from client/business stakeholders

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $82,100 to $146,900. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $90,500 to $161,600. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
