Location: Tampa, FL (Remote till office reopens)
Hire Type: Full Time / Permanent
Required Skills:
Required External Certification: Certified Scrum Product Owner Certification (CSPO)
Should have 5-6 years of experience in Business Analyst Role
Good in Analytical thinking and problem solving
Should have experience in Financial domain Preferably in Treasury Banking
Able to identify problems and opportunities within a company and ultimately provide solutions that help achieve the business goals
Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for a business
Collaborating with Business and IT teams to develop initiatives and strategies that optimize costs and improve internal and external reporting
Defining business requirements and reporting them back to stakeholders
Prioritize requirements from various stakeholders
Communicate, translate, and simplify business requirements to ensure buy-in from all stakeholders
Good in Oral and written communication skills
Should be good in Documentation
Should be aware of Agile Methodology
Must have Knowledge of Jira and any other ALM tools preferably like HPQC
Must have Basic knowledge of writing SQL and executing for data analysis
