Job Description Summary of Duties & Responsibilities of Senior ERP Manager, Project Management The Senior ERP Manager of Project Management and Delivery Services is responsible for establishing the foundation for success and is the leader of the project management discipline within the organization. This role is responsible for a worldwide group of project managers, and leadership over the project planning, organization and delivery of the enterprise resource planning portfolio. Essential Functions
• Project Management Discipline
• Owner of project management practices, procedures and tools for the Solutions area
• Joint ownership with the other Services leaders of the Software Solutions Delivery Group
• Compliance and continued development of all Group policies and procedures.
• Project Delivery and Oversight
• Support the ERP Implementation project managers with the framework of each project
• Provide oversight to the ERP project managers as they deliver their respective projects
• Collaborate with each project manager to assess, manage and mitigate risk associate with each project.
• Provide insight to overall resource capacity management against the on-going project demands
• Negotiation of cross group resource utilization with peers to accommodate anticipated peaks in demand
• Collaboration with leadership in project planning, resourcing, risk management and quality management
• Keeping their immediate Supervisor informed of all relevant implementation and client issues and concerns.
• Attendance and participation in critical implementation meetings, including workshops, testing sessions and steering committee meetings per the project plan
• Review and approve the setup and maintenance of implementation projects in company project systems.
• Solutions Leadership Team
• Delivering successful ERP implementation projects from a quality and financial perspective, which results in referenceable Clients
• Drive to achieve revenue and utilization targets on a monthly and annual basis
• Active member of the Solutions leadership team
• Personnel Management
• Ownership of hiring process of new ERP project managers
• Daily leadership and supervision of project managers and their related performance
• Training, professional development and career planning for project managers
• Fostering a positive and team oriented working environment for their implementation team
• Other responsibilities
• Completing weekly timesheets and expense reports on a timely basis.
• Other projects and special initiatives as required

• High Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products
Education or Prior Work Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Technology related area
• +15 years in technology consulting
• Project Delivery Experience
• 5+ years of Experience in a SW and SW delivery/implementation role.
• PMP preferred
