Prudent Technology is seeking a Technical Lead for team of full stack software developers to join our team. This will be 100% remote work. You will have the opportunity to work with a talented team designing and developing mission-critical DevSecOps program at our firm. We have an exciting and challenging projects for new federal government project to develop solutions to support business process and workflows, analytical, data management and reporting capabilities.

What You Will Do:
This position supports leading application development efforts as a Technical Lead. As a Technical Lead you will be work closely with team of full stack developers, business analysts, designers, and automation engineers. You will be responsible for leading development and implementation of applications using existing and emerging technology platforms. You will be responsible for consistent communication with customer on new solutions, schedules and deliverables. The Technical Lead shall have the ability to perform, but not limited to data engineering tasks, AI/ML implementation, data, infrastructure/operations, and data security engineer tasks in cloud environments.Â
Job Responsibilities:
• Plan, manage, and provide technical oversight for development team
• Lead one or more multi-disciplinary teams to deliver excellent products and services
• Collaborate with the Product Owner, Task Order Managers, and other government and contractor personnel.
• Maintain accountability for product quality and delivery.
• Use modern techniques and frameworks for web and data development.
• Develop using modern standards, including strict mode compliance, modularization techniques and tools, and frameworks, and libraries.
• Use relational and non-relational database systems.
• Participate in data discovery and requirements gathering sessions with IT Data Team staff and other subject matter experts.
• Work in a team environment that uses agile methodology.
• Use version control systemsÂ
• Develop and document the flow of data at the element level from outside sources, and the passage and usage of this data through the client's systems.
• Manage creation of a comprehensive, searchable, data object inventory.
• Communicate the solution concepts to stakeholders at all level.
Minimum Experience/Skills Required:
• Must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in the Information Technology field focusing on implementation projects using DevSecOps and AWS cloud environments
• 5+ years of experience managing projects across the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• 5+ years of experience managing IT projects and successful delivery of IT transformation and change management programs.
• 3+ years of experience directly managing teams.
• Scrum Master certified
• AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification
• Experience with full stack data architecture delivery, including at least three (3) years of experience in AWS
• Shall have at least three (3) years of specific software engineering experience related to data services
• Shall possess experience in large scale, high performance enterprise big data application deployment and data architecture on complex heterogeneous environments in AWS
• Shall possess experience with automation and engineering tasks, data, infrastructure/operations, and security engineer tasks in cloud environments
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipeline such as Snap, Jenkins, Concourse, etc
• Basic experience in: Kotlin, Scala, Cassandra, Kubernetes, GRPC, Lamdas, TypeScript, Prometheus or design pattern
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Solid understanding of Git/Github
• Experience delivering solutions using Agile delivery practices
• Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS)
Minimum Education Required: Bachelor's Degree in engineering or computer science. Must Be Eligible to Obtain Government Clearance
