Kforce has a client that is seeking a Manager of Payroll Integrations in Tampa, FL. Summary: The Manager of Payroll Integrations will be responsible for managing the integrations of all HR external data with the SAP Payroll System. Additionally, they will be responsible for the management, execution, and resources associated with the Payroll Integration function within the Global Services Center supporting over 45K+ employees in US/PR, CA and Brazil and oversee a team responsible for working with various external systems and the associated third-party vendors to import, maintain and report on the interconnected data elements. Key Tasks:
• Manage the data process to reconcile errors, ensure accuracy, validate information, and confirm timeliness
• Provide guidance of Payroll Master Data in accordance with operational procedures and policies as well as develop and implement procedures to support the manager of interfaces and reconciliations
• Manage the reconciliation & integrity of the SAP Organizational Management data and the associated workflow processes
• Create, maintain, and publish Key Performance Indicators, Executive Dashboard, and Operational metrics
• Utilize metrics and tools to drive performance, identify trends and develop/implement process improvements, escalating issues and propose solutions as appropriate
• Provide input into strategic planning sessions/participate in decision-making with a focus on practicality and implementation
• Stay up to date on trends and developments with assigned functional area of expertise, constantly researching, and implementing best practices as appropriate
• Work with Global Services functions to discuss escalated issues, policies, and procedures; review service quality and metrics and implement improvements as necessary
• Assures operations/deliverables meet or exceed organizational objectives, follows Global Services strategies, and integrates as appropriate with other service center functions
• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required; Master's degrees is preferred
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in Payroll, Tax, HR operations, employee data management or related function is required
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Access is required
• A sense of urgency in solving customer request to ensure timely resolution and an ability to work effectively under pressure is required; Ability to effectively communicate and influence business partners at all levels of the organization required
• Ability to process complex information and quickly identify innovative solutions that meet both internal and external business partner requirements required
• Demonstrate high degree of confidentiality and sensitivity to compliance related matters required
• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or other designation preferred
• Prior managerial/supervisory experience is preferred
• Experience with an ERP system such as Payroll, HR, OM modules of SAP preferred
• Exposure to Shared Service center applications (especially case management) is preferred
• Project management experience and knowledge of SDLC is preferred
• Exposure to Agile methodology preferred
• Experience with data reconciliation tools is preferred
