**Description** The Lead Full Stack Engineer for AEM Performs software engineering activities in all layers of the stack, from setting up the database to programming in the back-end and the appearance at the front-end. The Lead Full Stack Engineer works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial. Furthermore, the Lead Full Stack Engineer for AEM (Sites / Assets), he/she will lead efforts for delivering and supporting world-class Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions and complex integrations into Adobe CC applications, CRM, Commerce, Mobile, Back Office, ESB, Analytics and Personalization technologies. The Lead Full Stack Engineer work will consist of driving large scale implementations and working very closely with a large team by leading them in solution design and implementation. **Responsibilities** The Lead Full Stack Engineer for AEM (Sites / Assets) is involved in all stages of software development, including front-end development, back-end development, database integrations, network and hosting management, user interface, user experience, and back-end server management. Advises executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance. Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, and works under minimal supervision, Uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action. **Required Qualifications** + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field + 6+ year experience developing JEE web applications with significant hands-on experience with AEM Sites and Assets and very strong concepts of OSGi, Apache Sling, Apache Sightly, Apache Oak and Adobe Dispatcher + 3+ years of experience in implementing Web application, Web Content Management (WCM) and Digital Asset Management (DAM) solutions using AEM platform + Experience in AEM component development, Asset workflow development, Schedulers, Metadata & Tag Management plus integrating AEM with other applications. + Experience with Java technologies and frameworks mainly Spring, Hibernate + Experience with at least one Ajax/JavaScript framework (Jquery, ExtJS) + Experience in configuring and performance tuning enterprise application servers + 2+ years of experience in playing the role of Technical Lead + Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences **Preferred Qualifications** + Master's Degree **Additional Information** **Scheduled Weekly Hours** 40 <>
