Demonstrates thought leader-level abilities with, and/or a proven record of success directing efforts
• Representing for the Sector Champion that is focused on the in-depth sector knowledge of what’s needed in the marketplace in terms of core capabilities and features and the prioritization of these based on commercial feasibility;
• Translating the vision of where the industry should be going in terms of service and digital asset delivery to drive market growth and solve our client’s emerging challenges;
• Working experience as a catalyst for change and innovation with deep understanding of customer expectations, sector specific technologies solutions;
• Guiding the delivery team on what’s needed in the marketplace, the core features, capabilities and assets;
• Accepting and approving roadmaps and features created by the execution team is overall accountable for the details and view of the sector cloud component ecosystems;
• Serving as the sounding board representing our clients and sector partners;
• Focusing on the quality and generation of the Solution brief (business cases ) per capability and the right level of fidelity for leadership approval and buy in order to start build;
• Mapping the vision through value prop to delivery that meets the market needs and demands based on our addressable market and target accounts;
• Working alongside Product managers to provide input and approve the overall feature strategy & vision set forth by the Sector Sector Champion;
• Validating features based on market needs, owns formulation of digital asset pricing, GTM approach, pipeline tracking, and go-to-market activities;
• Providing input into product lifecycle from design, build, operate, maintain following build best practices;
• Communicating challenges in a success digestible way with mitigan plans and paths. Ability to work creatively by exploring workarounds to roadblocks, and also keep on market trends and what competitors are doing in the space;
• Coordinate messaging with marketing, sales and dev teams in addition to doing demoes or training;
• Working experience to build and achieve and facilitate the business needs are scalable across use cases;
• Building relationships within the team and with internal and external partners to establish strategic alignment and prioritization;
• Compiling competitive insights to ensure we are ahead of the market and aware of our competitive landscape;
• Understanding of Account planning, sales activation, sales demos, innovation and designing a wide ranging ecosystems;
• Delivering outstanding first to market capabilities that will superseded our competitors;
• Understanding of market trends and clients needs;
• Working with Agile methodologies and SDL processes, tech solutions and vendors and client pain points.
